Return Policy

If you need to return a product to NAKARA BEAUTY, please contact Customer Care at 1.888.756.5622 or email us (info@nakarabeauty.com) for the appropriate return procedure. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Returns are not accepted on solutions for hygienic reasons alone.

If a product needs to be exchanged due to mis-ordering, the returned item (unopened, unused, undamaged) within 5 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice is at your expense. Once received the item will be exchanged with the appropriate requested item. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.

Damaged shipment must be reported to carrier within 24 hours. No returns of damaged products will be accepted. Please contact the shipping company if your package received was delivered damaged. We are not responsible for freight damage. Please take a photo and advise the driver at the time of delivery.
